Bernd Justin Jütte is currently a research fellow at The University of Nottingham. He earned his LL.B. at the Ernst-Moritz-Arndt University of Greifswald and joined the University of Luxembourg in 2009 were he completed his LL.M. in European Law in 2011 and his PhD in 2016. His research focuses on European copyright law, in particular questions of fundamental rights, transformative works and the current EU copyright reform. Justin also teaches Internet Law and European Intellectual Property Law at Vytautas Magnus University Kaunas.
