		<description><![CDATA[Under my Security and Privacy settings within my gmail settings, there is an option to Click Review and Agree to the Data Processing Amendment.  Would it be wise for me to agree to this amendment?  I do not want my information to be collected among all google services and such.  I would like my information to be more private and not mined for data or monetizing purposes.  Could someone please explain this to me?   Thank You.]]></description>

The case numbers c-199/12 etc. are not the case numbers of the cases that have been referred to the court on the twentieth of march of this year... And if I am not mistaken the author is referring to the questions asked in 2013 and not the questions asked in 2012, hence the impression he made a mistake..]]></description>
