Angelo Marletta is a post-doctoral researcher in criminal law at the University of Luxembourg. His current research focuses on the prevention and settlement of conflicts of jurisdiction in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice.
Before joining the University of Luxembourg, he earned a Ph. D. in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure at the University of Bologna, defending a thesis on the application of the proportionality principle in the European Arrest Warrant. He was a research fellow at the Institute of Judicial Administration of the University of Birmingham.
