Alberto Alemanno is Jean Monnet Professor of Law at HEC Paris and Global Clinical Professor at NYU School of Law where he is the Faculty Director of the EU Regulatory Policy Clinic, the first transnational clinical program in Europe. At HEC, he teaches the Law of the European Union, International Economic Law, EU Affairs and Global Risk Regulation at both undergraduate and master level (MBA) as well as in executive education programmes all over the world. He is also the Founder and CEO of eLabEurope, a civic start up promoting evidence-based advocacy in the public interest in EU policy-making and training the first generation of EU public interest lawyers. Originally from Italy, he previously worked at both EU Courts and as a Teaching Assistant at the College of Europe in Bruges. Professor Alemanno is a graduate of Harvard Law School, the College of Europe and Bocconi University and is a qualified attorney at law in New York since 2004.
