Andreas Häuselmann is an external PhD candidate at eLaw, Center for Law and Digital Technologies at Leiden University. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Information and Communication Technology Law from the University of Oslo and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law from the Leibniz University Hannover. Andreas is particularly interested in the legal and ethical issues of AI, with a focus on the fundamental rights to privacy and data protection.
