Annalies Outhuijse, LLM, PhD, graduated in 2015 from the University of Groningen with a master's degree in Dutch law specializing in constitutional and administrative law (summa cum laude) and a research master's degree (cum laude). Subsequently, she wrote a PhD thesis on the functioning of dispute resolution procedures (objection, appeal and appeal) in cartel fines. She has published widely on topics such as competition law, (European) administrative law, environmental law and construction law. As of 2019, Annalies is an associate at Stibbe, where she focusses on administrative law and in particular environmental law matters.
