Björnstjern Baade is a senior research fellow at Freie Universität Berlin, Germany. During his studies in Berlin and Birmingham (UK), he had the opportunity to gain experience at the German Federal Constitutional Court, at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law, and at the European Court of Human Rights. In the research group "Towards a Proceduralization of International Law?" of the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, he pursues his Habilitation on questions of law and truth.
