Elia Cerrato García is a Law Professor at Centro Universitario de Estudios Financieros (CUNEF). She is also doing her PhD in sustainable finance regulation at Carlos III University of Madrid. Before devoting herself to academia, she was a lawyer in a managing company of venture capital entities in Madrid, and she worked as an Assistant Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague. She is interested in the intersection between Law and Finance. Specific interests include the analysis of the risks that may have an impact on investors and the promotion of the economic growth.
