About Elias Van Gool

Elias Van Gool is a Ph.D. Researcher at KU Leuven and Université de Lille and an LL.M. Candidate at Stanford Law School (’22). His wider research agenda focuses on environmental law and the intersection of sustainable development and European private law. His Ph.D. research implements a project funded by I-SITE ULNE that examines product liability law for new product distribution and production patterns in the context of circular and collaborative economy.
