Eva Rom is a PhD student at Humboldt University of Berlin and a “wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft” at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer at the chair of public law, especially European law and international law. She has studied law and philology at the University of Heidelberg and holds an M.Phil. in theoretical and applied linguistics from the University of Cambridge. Her PhD research focuses on specific issues of multilevel constitutionalism with input from legal philosophy. Her other areas of interest are European fundamental rights protection and issues relating to Union citizenship.
