Federica Agostini holds a Master Degree in Law from the University of Trento, Italy, and a LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Law from the University of Glasgow. She is a PhD researcher at the University of Glasgow, currently analysing the legal framework of green securitisation. She also works as a Research and Teaching Assistant for the Corporate and Financial Law Research Group at the University of Glasgow. She is interested in corporate governance, capital markets law and, more specifically, in the role of law in advancing the sustainable finance agenda.
