About Francesca Finelli

Francesca Finelli is a PhD researcher at the University of Luxembourg, Department of Law, Doctoral Training Unit on Enforcement in Multi-Level Regulatory Systems II (REMS II). Previously, she worked as research assistant at the University of Turin, and as a trainee at the Permanent Representation of Italy to the European Union (in Brussels). Her academic interests are international law, EU external action law and human rights. Her doctoral research focuses on the enforcement of (international and EU) targeted sanctions at the national level.
