Francesca Oliveira is a J.D. Candidate at American University, Washington College of Law. She is a Research Assistant for the Tech, Law & Security Program at WCL, researching the implications of transatlantic data flows following the CJEU's 2020 Schrems II ruling. Francesca specifically focuses her research on reforming U.S. laws and policies to adequately meet the redress standards imposed by the European Union.
