About Joris Gruyters

Joris Gruyters (1996) is a PhD candidate at KU Leuven, Faculty of Law (Institute for Consumer, Competition & Market and the Institute for Social Law). Joris’s research focuses on EU economic law (EU competition law, internal market law, public procurement) and their interaction with social security and social services. Joris was involved in a research project on the application of State aid in social policies, commissioned by the Flemish ministry of public health.
