Katrin Alegren-Benndorf is a German lawyer specialised in insolvency law. She holds an LL.M. and Ph.D. degree in European Union law from the University of Malta. Her Ph.D. focused on programming obligations of European Agencies and how the Commission is capable of influencing an agency´s programming content.
