Michał Krajewski is a PhD researcher at the European University Institute. He received his LLM at the EUI, and a MA in Law from the University of Warsaw. He used to work as a legal officer in the Polish Constitutional Tribunal. His PhD research focuses on the complementarity of judicial and extra-judicial EU mechanisms for the legal protection of private parties and legal accountability of EU institutions, in the context of concerns about the limited access of private applicants to the EU Courts.
