Stijn Lamberigts holds an LL.M. from the University of Luxembourg (European Economic and Financial Criminal Law), as well as a Master and Bachelor of Law of the KU Leuven (Belgium). He is a PhD student at the University of Luxembourg and a junior affiliated researcher at the Institute of Criminal Law of the KU Leuven. He is currently preparing a doctoral dissertation on the right to silence of corporations under the joint supervision of both institutions.
