Marcjanna Dębska is an advocate and a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and Postgraduate Studies in Criminal Fiscal Law at the Jagiellonian University. An active member of the District Bar Association in Warsaw and a litigator, specialising in civil law, she has been involved in several legal proceedings with regard to the rule of law crisis in Poland, also before the CJEU and the ECHR.
