Mario Pagano is a Postdoctoral Researcher working on non-extractive economic practices in the frame of the N-EXTLAW project at the Amsterdam Centre for Transformative Private Law (University of Amsterdam). Mario holds a PhD from the EUI, where he wrote his dissertation on environmental NGOs’ legal mobilisation efforts aiming to overcome the Plaumann test in actions for annulment.
