Marta Lasek-Markey is a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Law at Trinity College Dublin. She holds an LL.M. degree from Trinity College Dublin and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Warsaw, Poland. Marta completed her PhD in 2022. Her doctoral project in EU Labour Law was funded by the Irish Research Council and supervised by Prof. Mark Bell, Regius Professor of Laws at Trinity College Dublin. Marta has also worked as Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Trinity College Dublin School of Law where she has taught EU Law. She has published her research in journals such as the Industrial Law Journal and the European Law Review. She is the author of a monograph titled 'Law, Precarious Labour and Posted Workers. A Sociolegal Study on Posted Work in the EU' (Routledge, forthcoming).
