Nuno Albuquerque Matos holds a Bachelor in Law and a Master degree in EU law from the Universidade de Coimbra. He also spent one year at KU Leuven’s LLM programme as an Erasmus student. PhD candidate at the Global School of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa, in Lisbon. Professionally, he was a Blue Book trainee at the European Commission, guest lecturer at Universidade Católica Portuguesa and legal adviser at Banco de Portugal.
