Priyanka Jain is a research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for European, comparative and procedural law, Luxembourg and a PhD candidate at the University of Luxembourg. She studied law at Mumbai University and completed the All India Bar Examination. She holds an LLM from Coventry University. She has three years of organisational experience in litigation and research with a diverse background, from working as an intern to an associate advocate in legal firms. Her research focuses on a comparative analysis of collective redress mechanisms. Cross-border litigation and international dispute resolution are her main areas of interest.
