Konstantinos Sidiropoulos is a DPhil candidate and a tutor at the University of Oxford. His thesis explores the influence of the constitutional and institutional peculiarities of the EU to the concept of abuse of dominance under Article 102 TFEU. He is supervised by Professor Stephen Weatherill, Jacques Delors Professor of European Law. Konstantinos holds degrees from the University of Athens (LL.B) and the University of Oxford (MJur and MPhil in Law). He has been supported by a scholarship from the Foundation for Education and European Culture for his MJur, while his MPhil was funded by an Onassis Foundation scholarship. He currently is a scholar of both Onassis and the Foundation for Education and European Culture. He is also an associate editor at the Oxford Business Law Blog.
